We surveyed 1,768 consumers to learn how they decide where they'll buy the next big item for their home. This is the most representative and specific survey ever done in your area of retail. Each question was scenario based and specific about the purchase of appliances, electronics, furniture and/or mattresses.
In the last quarter of 2014, we met face-to-face with hundreds of retailers and presented our research in 10 cities across the US. The feedback from retailers has been amazing! Our research has allowed us to plan the next generation of our products and give our clients useful insight and clear direction on how to better move online prospects towards purchasing from their business.
